About The Role

Key Requirements & Scope

  • 4+ years building production systems in Rust or Go (Golang)
  • Deep knowledge of concurrency, async runtimes (Tokio), and memory management
  • Experience with Kafka, gRPC, distributed consensus (Raft), and Redis clusters
  • Strong background in database internals and network protocol optimization
